Registered Nurse Manager
A Registered Nurse is needed to work full-time in our fast paced In-Home Services Program (non-medical) in the White County area. This position involves the supervision/management of a growing staff of eighty plus Home Care Assistants providing multiple services in the homes of the elderly and disabled. The qualified manager must be a team player, be able to multitask, organized, flexible, and able to travel throughout the White County area assessing the needs of current and potential clients. At least two years nursing experience, preferably in the Home Care environment, plus one year supervisory and management experience is required. Excellent computer skills are a must. Older Worker Program
The State Older Worker Community Service Employment Program was established in accordance with the provisions of the Older Worker Community Service Employment Act of 1985. The program itself actually began in 1973. The purpose of this program is to offer part-time employment opportunities in community service positions for persons who are 55 years of age or older and meet income eligibility.
