Since WRAAA is primarily
a services organization, dealing mainly with senior citizens and their
caregivers, this page has been carefully prepared to provide you with a
starting point to find the service or assistance you are needing.
This section is broken down into seven (7) main headings:
Online
Services
These are the services
which are provided directly through this website, and consist of:
This is
basically a computer program which is to be filled out by senior citizens,
or their caregivers, with information needed to determine which benefits
or services the individual may be eligible for. It is not
a guarantee that the person definitely will be eligible for those services
-- that can only be determined after a personal interview. However,
it is an excellent starting point for finding out which benefits or services
the senior citizen may be eligible for based on the information you put
in.

This section
is self-explanatory, but gives detailed information, with photographs,
of the various Low Income Elderly Housing Complexes administered by WRAAA
in our service area.
The information includes
eligibility requirements, (we conform to all EQUAL HOUSING OPPORTUNITY
regulations), standard features found in all of our housing units,
as well as special features found in the different facilities.
The different facilities
are listed by county, and then further broken down by each location within
that county.
We also maintain
a separate page which lists the vacancies, if
any, of each facility.
Other services
provided by WRAAA include Adult Day Care, Care Management, Meals, Elderly
Employment and Training, Legal Services, and various programs to assist
with transportation, and to protect the rights of Senior Citizens living
in Nursing Homes. For more information, click here.
Our In-Home

Also included in
this section are a complete list of Senior Centers and Aging Programs in
our service area, broken down by county, with the address, telephone number,

provide assistance with the activities of daily living.
