Welcome to the White
River Area Agency on Aging's Aging Resources guide. We have compiled these
pages to enable Arkansas Senior Citizens, and their
Caregivers, to have
the ability to quickly find the information and resources they need to
make their lives easier and more productive.
While WRAAA deals
primarily with senior citizens residing in a 10 county area of North Central
Arkansas, we are happy to pass on information on Aging Resources for seniors
and caregivers residing in other parts of Arkansas and across the nation.
Our Aging
Resources on the Web page provides a number of links and descriptions
of sites which, of course, are not meant to be a comprehensive list of
all resources available on the Internet. They do, however, provide you
with a good starting point to help you find the Aging-Related Information
that is available.
For those of you
who live in other parts of Arkansas, or have loved ones living outside
our 10 county service area, our Other Arkansas
Area Agencies on Aging page can help you get in touch with the
Area
Agency on Aging in your vicinity, and provides links to those that have
web pages.
There are other pages
on this site which may be of interest to Seniors or Caregivers regardless
of where they live, such as our News section, which
contains articles of interest to the Senior Community, and our Words
Seniors Need To Know page, also in that section.
