North Central Arkansas.
WRAAA
offers housing for low-income elderly in several counties throughout the
region. Applicants must be 62 years of age or older and meet certain income
guidelines. Qualified persons will pay 30% of their adjusted gross monthly
income for rent of an apartment. Each apartment has an emergency call system
in the bath and bedroom area. A large community room is part of each complex
where tenants may meet for socialization and meals. (Equal housing opportunity).
