Information about housing

White River Area Agency on Aging, Inc. offers housing for low-income elderly in 5 of the counties in our service area. 

Applicants must be 62 years of age or older and meet certain income guidelines.

Qualified persons will pay 30% of their adjusted gross monthly income for rent of an apartment. 

Our one bedroom all electric Apartments are equipped with:

• Cook Stove
• Refrigerator
• Smoke Detector
• Emergency Call Switches
• Fire Extinguisher
• Common Laundry Facility in office building
• Water, sewer and trash pick-up furnished
• Storm Doors


Other features available are:
