We currently have 12 housing developments located in the following counties.
Low Income Housing
White River Area Agency on Aging, Inc. offers housing options for low-income seniors in five counties in our service area. Applicants generally must be 62 years of age or older and meet certain income guidelines. If qualified, residents will pay 30% of their adjusted gross monthly income for rent.
Our one bedroom all-electric apartments are equipped with:

- Fire Extinguisher
- Common laundry facility in central building
- Water, sewer and trash pick-up furnished
- Storm Doors
