Registered Nurse Manager
A Registered Nurse is needed to manage a very active In-Home Services Program (unskilled) in the White County area. This position is responsible for the supervision and management of Home Care Assistants providing multiple services in the homes of the elderly and disabled. The qualified manager must be organized, flexible, and able to travel throughout the White County area assessing the needs of current and potential clients. Prefer computer experience with Microsoft Office Suite. At least two years nursing experience, preferably in the Home Care environment, plus one year supervisory and management experience is required. Older Worker Program
The State Older Worker Community Service Employment Program was established in accordance with the provisions of the Older Worker Community Service Employment Act of 1985. The program itself actually began in 1973. The purpose of this program is to offer part-time employment opportunities in community service positions for persons who are 55 years of age or older and meet income eligibility.
